I put in a request late in the dau on Tuesday and they called the office first thing Wednesday morning and said they would be here at 12. They showed up, got the job done and were extremely pleasant! We used someone else not that long ago and was very unhappy with their services. There was no communcation, and they were not friendly at all. When I called the company they made excuses. Mr Rooter is quite the opposite! Very friendly young men! They will be doing all the repairs from now on!! We appreciate you!

  Mr. Rooter Plumbing is my plumber. Prices are reasonable and i get the same technician each time; feel like family. He explains each step and ALWAYS provide me with 5 star treatment. I call no other plumber. Not only that they offer a membership plan that helps with the cost even more. Plumbing can get expensive. Mr. Rooter Plumbing treats customers like family and i honestly feel they work by the golden rule....DO unto others as you would have them do unto you.

We needed assistance fast, for an unusual requirement in order to close on the sale of our house. Mr. Rooter arrived, as promised, within an hour; assessed the situation, bought supplies, and completed the job with 2.5 hours of my initial call. The price was very fair, and we will call him back when we have future needs. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

I called during that weird time after Christmas but before New Year's when I'm sure trade workers are swamped! Nonetheless, they got me on the schedule quickly, showed up fast, and even though the job was tricky and cumbersome, they kept working on it until they could promise it was fixed! Our repairman even left to get new supplies for us and came back immediately to install it all. They stayed late just to make sure things were finished. Plus, they were not only knowledgeable but friendly! I will absolutely call again, if I ever need their expertise in the future! ((My repairman was Will - best of the best!))

He won't cheat you or tell you that you need something done that does not need to be done. Love having a plumber I can call and trust. I called yesterday and he was actually early getting here today. A simple job is never simple in a 50+ yr old house. Mac stuck with it and kept a great attitude through out. Would recommend to anyone!

We couldn't be happier with Mr Rooter! They replaced 3 faucets at my moms home today and 2 of the 3 leaked right out of the box. Mac and Nicole were so nice and offered to go and get replacements since I couldn't leave mom (and said they would pay for them until we could return the broken ones). They were so patient and kind with a job that I'm sure took much longer than anticipated and we will not hesitate to call and/or recommend them.

We have had Carolina Pipe Pros out to our house twice now and the first time didn't cost us a thing! Mac is extremely professional and won't repair something that doesn't need fixing. He checked our hot water heater and instead of just recommending to replace the entire unit, told us that it was just a burner assembly and it cost us a very low, reasonable amount to have him replace it. We have also used Carolina Pipe Pros for inspections on clients' homes and he was very honest then as well. Our seller had only good things to say about him and was very impressed.

I am a facility manager with 20 people working out of our location. Our drains backed up on a Wednesday afternoon and Jayson was on scene by 9:30 am on Thursday. Completely satisfied! Carolina Pipe Pros was referred to us by our realtor when we purchased a home last week. Mac was responsive to our call and came out the same day to give us a quote. He was friendly and informative and gave us an immediate written quote. We had a list of items needing repair, including water line valves for all sinks and faucets, water heater piping, installing a kitchen faucet and new outdoor hose spigot, repairing the dishwasher water line, removing the fridge icemaker line, and re-piping the washer water lines. Mac showed up yesterday as scheduled, on time, ready to work. He focused on our job and put in a full day's work until everything was completed. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to do crawl space work last so he wouldn't track dirt into our home. OMG, Jayson Brazell was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and went above & beyond the call of duty. He came out to check one issue which I was told by another plumber my plumbing vent on the roof may need to be clean after hearing gurgling noise when I flush my toilet, the noise was either coming from the tub or shower. Jayson went the extra mile and checked the plumbing pipes in the attic, he also went to the crawl space under the house to see if we had any leaks. He also made me feel at ease when he took his camera to the city clean out from the street to the house to see if anything was backing up but all was cleared. As Jayson was still looking into the camera he noticed we had a clean out close to our home and we had two plumbers here who told us we had no clean out near the house just the city clean out from the street into our yard. Jayson went the extra mile again to locate the clean out that was close to the house and he was able to locate it after a few digs. I was surprised because we were told we didn’t have one after two visit from other plumbing company we was told we should get one installed to make it easy to reach if we every had a plumbing problem. I will highly recommend Jayson Brazell from Mr. Rooter, he deserved ten stars not five. The price was reasonable they only charge me for the camera inspection. What a great company, no hidden fees.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing CAME TO OUR RESCUE! At my place of work, water was quickly trickling from the cabinet area under the sink and creating a large puddle on the floor in our break area. I called around for plumbers, but everyone was booked a week to one month out. When I dialed MRP's number, a kind young woman answered, listened to me explain my issue, heard the panic in my voice, and she said she would call me right back after she reached out to Mac, MRP's plumber, to see if he could stop by to at least take a look at things, on his way to another job. Mac was in the area and immediately came by to assess the damage. He determined that we had a bad faucet and he could get it replaced two days later. He turned the water off and he did come back two days later and installed a new faucet!! I want to thank Mr. Rooter Plumbing (MRP) for taking care of us, and the professionalism and kindness that was shown is greatly appreciated!! I've saved MRP's contact info for future hiccups :)

Mac was at my home for the backflow water test which I failed. However, he told me what needed to be done and was back within a half an hour and the job was done quickly. His work area was cleaned up and he even tried to replace my grass that he had to remove in order to complete the job. Extremely professional and informative. I recommend them highly. I will pass on his information to anybody who would be needing any form of plumbing service.

Great local company. Had major issue with two toilets at work. They came within two hours and stayed until they found the problem. They came back early the next morning to replace parts and we were back in business! They were very reasonable, responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Mack, (the owner) was very professional and pleasant to do business with. He came, looked over the needed plumbing work, gave me an estimate. He actually showed up a little earlier than the email said. Which was a plus. He returned on the scheduled day, did the work, cleaned up both area's.
